DELIVERY
Anias will deliver your order to the shipping address provided during checkout. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed in your local currency before payment is completed.
Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will either attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection, depending on their service policy.

Returns

All original tags, labels, packaging, boxes, and invoice must be included

Products with opened, damaged, or tampered packaging will not be accepted

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings (including sets containing pierced earrings) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unused.

Defective Items

Items that are returned damaged or soiled may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
If the product is covered under warranty:

Returns received outside the policy conditions will be returned to the customer.

Policy Abuse
While we aim to offer a flexible and customer-friendly return experience, Anias reserves the right to refuse future orders if excessive or repeated returns are detected.
